Personnel Department - Our Services

In line with the basic policies and principles determined by Istanbul Esenyurt University, we can summarize the duties and responsibilities of our Department as follows;

  • To work on the manpower planning and personnel policy of our university and to make suggestions about the development of the personnel system,
  • To plan the academic and administrative personnel structure and to prepare academic and administrative personnel announcements in line with this plan,
  • In the selection of people with the qualifications required by the job, to give priority to the principles and procedures of the University and to the expertise required by the task, to ensure that the personnel work in tasks that are appropriate to their knowledge and abilities,
  • To carry out the procedures related to appointment, personal and retirement affairs of our university personnel within the framework of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, the Social Security Law No. 5510 and the Labor Law No. 4857,
  • To carry out all kinds of personal rights (appointment, promotion, resignation, dismissal, etc.) services of the academic and administrative personnel working in its organization in accordance with the laws, regulations, regulations and decisions,
  • Making the contracts of the Academic and Administrative Staff and periodically renewing the contracts of the Academic Staff according to the appointed dates,
  • To carry out procedures related to foreign lecturers and to obtain work permits,
  • To carry out the personnel procedures of the teaching staff and administrative personnel who will work in partial status,
  • To make correspondence regarding the domestic and international assignments of the lecturers,
  • To make assignments to the newly opened departments in accordance with Article 13/b of the Law No. 2547, in order not to disrupt the service in the units,
  • To carry out the procedures related to the assignment of the administrative and academic staff to congresses, conferences, panels and symposiums,
  • Personnel etc. transferring the information to the computer environment, creating the university personnel database and providing the necessary updates,
  • To organize and implement pre-service and in-service training programs of administrative personnel.
