1-Accomodation:
Istanbul Esenyurt University has not yet its own dormitories. Nevertheless there are many private dorms around the university for girls as well as boys for any price range whether it might be high or low. On the other hand, there are also several governmental dormitories for university students use, the students are also free to apply for a placement there. The university campus is located in a district where students may even find apartments for any price range making it easier fort hem to find a place to stay.
2-Location of the City:
Istanbul is a true magnificient city located right in the middle of Europe, Asia and Africa and maintains many possibilities culturally and geographically. Students who choose Istanbul for their studies will be studying in a cultural capital and have the privileges coming with this during his/her study period as well as while looking for job opportunities. Besides begin a cultural hub, Istanbul also offers many opportunities for a lively social life, experience many cultures which comes with the many people from so many countries and continents living in Istanbul. Istanbul’s universities follw the latest trends in Education and use many languages as their tuition languages, Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic being among them.
3-Location of the University:
Istanbul Esenyurt University is located at the European part of Istanbul, quite near to the public transportation hubs like metrobus line, railways and close to the airport. The university has been founded in Esenyurt, one of the developing centers in Istanbul. Many foreigners choose tol ive in that part of the city, making the international students more at home. The area also offers a cost efficient way of living for any price range. The area is also preferred by many SME’s, our students in technical fields will have more then enough placements for their internships and job opportunities.
4-Public Transport:
Being a student in Istanbul Esenyurt University allows all of our students including our international students the right to have the Istanbulcard for Transportation. With the use of the card, you can use all the public transportation in Istanbul.
Istanbul Esenyurt University is easily reachable via Metrobus-line, minibuses, bus lines and other various ways. The university has also its own ring-services from and to the Metrobus Station for its students.
Istanbul has a substantial public transportation. The city in located on two continents at the same time and the public transportation covers the Anatolian and European Parts equally with the metro lines, tram lines, ship lines across the Bosphorus and bus lines to thousands of locations across the city on sea, land and air for the use of Istanbul’s citizens. In a mega-city like Istanbul, the use of public transport is a more comfortable way around the city for the students.
5-Application System:
Prospective students who wish to apply at Istanbul Esenyurt University at undergraduate levelwill use our Online Application System with its easy usability. We are advising students to have their Passport Copies od ID Cards, High School Diplom and their Transcript of Records scanned and on hand in JPEG or PDF format. Students have to upload those documents to the system along with their personal information and their choosen field of study and complete the process in a matter of minutes. The students will be notified via e-mail about their acceptance to the university and if needed for a student visa, they will be issued Acceptance and Invitation Letters send to them and Turkish Embassies they apply to. The issuing of those documents will be done after the necessary payment and the amount is not refundable.
6-Visa Process:
All students residing abroad are recquired to have student visas for the inbound travel to Turkey. The documents recquired at each Embassy might differ depending on the country they apply the visa in or depending on their citizenship. We are advising the students to check the website of the embassy and the official web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

For every student who needs to apply for a visa, we will prepare an Acceptance and Invitation Letter for a basic fee and the issued letters will also be sent to the Turkish Diplomatic Missions they have to apply for the visa.
7-Residence Permit:
Every foreign student who wishes tos tay in Turkey, needs to be registered in the system of residence. After the registration process of the university has been completed, the university takes over the residence permit issues of their students. The applications will only be done via the official web site on the following link:
https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/
At this level, our personel will accompany the students during the application process and will advise according their needs. The necessary documents will be announced by the Residence Permit Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Students are exempt from addtional fees, they just pay the amount for their residence permit cards. The documents are brought to the agency by the university.
8-Required Documents:
Students are required to prepare different documents at each level of their application and registration. During the Application Process students are required the have their documents scanned and on hand to upload them. They are also required to present their original copies to the Registration Office. The University does not assume any responsibility to the registrations tried to be done with incomplete documents, all the responsibility about incomplete and inaccurate documents belongs to the student.
